Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews automatically unless cancelled. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You grant us the right to provide your payment information to these processors, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any purchase and that the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

Price Changes

Failed Payments

Cancellation

• You will continue to have access to all features until the period ends
• Your account will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal, provided that the service has not been substantially used during that billing period.

Refund requests should be submitted via our help center or by emailing us directly. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

Our Service allows you to upload PDF documents for conversion. You are responsible for the content you upload, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You retain all rights to any content you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service. This license terminates the moment the conversion is complete.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to upload and process the documents you submit, and that doing so does not violate any privacy rights, copyrights, or other rights of any person or entity.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload documents that contain malicious software, viruses, or other harmful material
